Yoshio Machida, a musician himself, created these cards through trial and error based on his counseling experience. Based on Tarot, it incorporates ideas from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Quantum Mechanics, reconstructing the meanings to fit modern situations, and designed to be used intuitively, without requiring special knowledge. The 40 cards are a collection of hints for worries, healing, empathy, and encouragement. The hints are color-coded in five different ways so that they can be sensed. Just as things have advantages and disadvantages, there are many meanings within a single card. A card that you think is negative may have a positive meaning depending on how you perceive it.
