This original tarot deck is designed by applying the structure of the Rider–Waite Tarot to the stories of Japanese mythology,
making it suitable for practical and serious readings.

Japanese Mythology Tarot – KIWAMI is a major evolution of the original Japanese Mythology Tarot first released in 2014,
reimagined and extensively refined.

■ About the Creator

Naoki Yamamoto

Naoki Yamamoto began his career as an illustrator in 2009, creating numerous artworks inspired by gods, deities, and spiritual themes.
With a long-standing interest in tarot cards, he began producing tarot decks in 2012.

His Japanese Mythology Tarot, first released in 2014, has since reached its 6th edition and expanded into a wide range of related series.
In 2016, he released the Traditional Tarot, followed by the launch of the full-deck Japanese Mythology Tarot – KIWAMI in 2018.
That same year, he also organized “YAOYOROZU,” a cosplay show inspired by Japanese mythology.

In 2019, Yamamoto released the Japanese mythology oracle deck “Shintaku-fuda”, which has continued to be reprinted due to its popularity.
